Refund Policy

At xxcode, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, the following refund terms apply.

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads (files, templates, licenses, and PDF documents), all sales are final once the product has been delivered or downloaded. We are unable to offer refunds for "change of mind" after delivery.

2. Defective or Undelivered Products

You are entitled to a full refund if:

• The product file is corrupted or does not match its description;
• You did not receive the download link or license key after payment;
• The product is fundamentally unusable and we cannot fix the issue within 7 business days.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at xuxk3581@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, including your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 1-2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Paddle to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we always try to resolve issues directly and quickly.
